Don't use the map swordbase.
Team that spawns red(top) has a huge advantage.
Very uneven.

Not really. SwordBase is the only map where the team on top can easily dominate to get long range power weapons, then maintain top control.

Blue team has no chance when spawning on the mid floor with the sniper and nade launcher in the hands of the other team.

Not complaining, just giving a suggestion as this really sucked to go through, lol.

Powerhouse: Red spawns closest to rockets

Reflection: Red gets rockets, jetpacks up and gets snipe or kills snipe and easily has both weapons

Uncaged: Rockets, and height advantage on spawn to either nade or jetpack and rocket snipe

Obviously nothing is different in Symmetrical maps like Asylum and Zealot but everything else is arguable.

I see your frustration but sadly that is how most of Reach's maps are set up. Assuming, and hoping, that FLAG will obviously continue to Halo 4 (not next year cause H4 will likely be out in November) but we can hope that most maps wont be so biased to the side of the map that would be defending in a objective gametype

Powerhouse: Takes both sides same amount of time to get to Rockets.
Reflection: Blue can easily JetPack to snipe from bottom lift. Same time as it is to rockets.
Uncaged: Base spawn actually gets rockets faster by sprinting down the bridge and jumping behind the little drop room.

On Swordbase though, top team instantly traps with with dmr pressure and as soon as you do, you keep spawning and sword and are getting hit with a snipe and a nade launcher.

The simple solution would be to play 2-round gametypes on any asymetrical map.

Unconventional in Halo, I know, but this way both teams get a chance at the so-called 'advantegous' side of the map. Do something like: 6 min rounds with unlimited score or 8 min rounds first to 50.

both teams have a fair advantage on all power weapons on all maps except sword base. On every map you fight for a side of the map and top control... On swordbase red team is already up there feet away from "propipe" or grenade launcher with top control, its very easy to double team 1 person with top control, and that map only has 2-3 ways up to the top and every way up can be countered by the red team. As an opinion you should replace swordbase with countdown. reflection is a bit tricky seeing as who every has rockets pretty much controls the top of the map.
